STARK Building Materials UK Limited trading as Jewson
By taking part in this collect rewards promotion ("Promotion") you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (the "Rules").
THE PROMOTER
The promoter is STARK Building Materials UK Limited trading as Jewson (a company registered in England and Wales with company number 01647362 and whose registered office is at Merchant House, Binley Business Park, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, CV3 2TT) (the "Promoter").

ELIGIBILITY
This Promotion is open to existing Jewson Credit Account and Jewson Cash Account holders on 4th September 2023 (Jewson Credit Accounts and Jewson Cash Accounts shall together be referred to as the "Account(s)") ("Existing Account Holders").
Participants must be aged 18 or over.
The following Existing Account Holders may not participate in this Promotion and will not be included within the definition of Participants:
those which have their own Jewson account manager;
those which benefit from a rebate scheme with the Promotor; and
those which are land-lorded to a Jewson Civils branch.
Any employee of Saint-Gobain Building Distribution.

HOW TO ENTER
The Promotion starts on 4th September 2023 at 00.01am and ends on 14th October 2023 at 11.59pm (inclusive), subject to branch opening hours (the "Promotional Period").
To participate in the Promotion, eligible Existing Account Holders must be registered

before the end of the Promotion Period ("Participants") which can be done in one of two ways:
The Participant can visit the website and register for the Promotion. To do so they must check and confirm any pre-populated details (including ensuring an up-to-date mobile number and email address is provided); or
The Participant can visit or call a Jewson branch, discuss the Promotion with a member of staff, provide the staff member with up-to-date contact details and Reward choice and ask the staff member to register them for the Promotion.
There is no charge to register.
Following registration the Participant will receive a confirmation email from Jewson confirming they are registered for the Promotion and their choice of Reward. For Participants registered via route b. above this email will give the Participant an option to opt-out of the Promotion if they do not agree to these Rules or they otherwise do not wish to participate in the Promotion.
THE REWARD
To qualify for a Reward, Participants are required to spend at least £120 excluding VAT a week on orders placed with Jewson in a single transaction and collected from branch for at least 4 weeks out of the 6 week Promotional Period ("Target Spend"). If a Participant requires a refund on any spend made during the Promotional Period, the Promoter will deduct the value of the refund from the Participant's spend during the Promotional Period. If this takes the Participant's spend below the Target Spend, the Participant will no longer qualify for a Reward.
Should a Participant meet the Target Spend, they will receive either (a) a £50 credit on their Account ("Jewson Credit") or (b) a £50 Prezzee e-voucher ("Voucher") (the "Reward") depending upon the Reward option selected by the Participant when registering for the Promotion. No cash alternative to the Reward is available. Each Account is only entitled to one Reward.
Any Jewson Credit awarded as a Reward must be used by the Account holder within 12 months of the date it was awarded and used in one transaction. Jewson Credit not used within the 12-month period will expire and be removed from the Account. All Vouchers will be valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded. After 12 months the Voucher will expire.
Participants shall be notified by email or SMS (sent using the contact details provided / confirmed during the Promotion registration process) on or around October 2023, if they have met their Target Spend (the "Notification"). All Rewards will be provided to the named Account holder (regardless of who registered for the Promotion) and the Reward is non-negotiable and non-transferable.
Rewards shall be dispatched as follows:
All Vouchers will be emailed direct to the relevant Account holder.
Jewson Credit will be added to the relevant Account and for Jewson Cash Account's a letter containing a voucher code will be sent out to the address on that Account.
The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact an Account holder who is entitled to a Reward and to provide that Reward to the Account holder but the Promoter does not accept responsibility for any inability for whatever reason to do so.
Recipients of Rewards may be subject to an additional tax liability as a result of their receipt of the Reward for which the Promoter accepts no liability.
DATA PROTECTION
The Promoter will process personal data received by it in respect of the Promotion in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy at

LIABILITY
Nothing in these Rules shall exclude or limit the Promoter's or its third party supplier's liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by a Participant howsoever arising from accepting any Reward whether due to any error, omission or other cause by the Promoter or its employees, agents or others.
The Promoter is not responsible for any damage or loss caused to a Participant (i) which is not reasonably foreseeable to the Participant and to the Promoter when the Participant agrees to these Rules (which occurs automatically when the Participant participates in this Promotion) or (ii) is reasonably foreseeable to the Participant and to the Promoter when the Participant agrees to these Rules but is only indirectly related to the Participant participating in this Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend any element of this Promotion, or foreclose this Promotion, and cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver for reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strike, lock-out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood and/or storm, compliance with law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, breakdown of plant, machinery or transportation. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the Participant as a result of any of these occurrences.
The Participant agrees to reimburse the Promoter in respect of any damages or any losses suffered by the Promoter resulting from any claim made by a third party in each case in respect of any matter arising from the Participant's participation in the Promotion in breach of these Rules or from the Participant's violation of any applicable law or regulation.
GENERAL
The Promoter reserves the right to withhold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change any details related to the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Reward with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
The Promoter reserves the right to audit all registrations for the Promotion and to:.
disqualify any Participant in the event it believes that the Participant has contravened any of these Rules,
exclude any Participants if it deems them ineligible; and
disqualify any Participants that are in dispute with the Promoter for any reason whatsoever.
The Promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion in whole or in part and without prior notice or compensation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect on Participants to avoid undue disappointment.
The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will also apply to the Reward where applicable. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these Rules, these Rules shall take precedence. Prezzee is a third party supplier and the Promoter accepts no responsibility or affiliation with Prezzee. Further terms and conditions relating to Preezee can be found at:

The Promoter will not be responsible for technical failures or otherwise, including any failure which is within the control of Promoter, its employees or agents.
The Promotion and these Rules are subject to the laws of England and Wales and the jurisdiction of the English courts.
